This site presents Light Connection services and provides channels for companies to request professionals and for candidates to submit resumes and apply to published roles.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• provide true and current information;
• not submit third-party data without authorization;
• not use the site to send spam or unlawful content, or to attempt unauthorized access;
• not use automated mechanisms to scrape data from the site.

Non-compliance may result in access blocking and applicable legal measures.

Roles and selection processes

Published roles may be changed, suspended or closed at any time. Submitting a resume or applying to a role does not create any guarantee of hiring, of participation in process stages, or of individual feedback on each opportunity.

When a role belongs to a confidential client, the hiring company name is not disclosed in the posting.

Content and intellectual property

Text, brand, visual identity, code and other elements of this site belong to Light Connection or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Editorial content is informational and does not constitute legal, tax or labor advice.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Light Connection is not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability, misuse of the site, or content of third-party sites that may be linked.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

Governing law

Brazilian law applies. The courts of the district where Light Connection has its head office are elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.
