Do I have to pay anything to register?
No. Registering in the talent pool and taking part in selection processes are free for candidates. Light Connection never charges the professional, at any stage.
Is my resume visible to other people?
No. Your resume is never public at any address on this site. It is stored outside the server's public area and can only be accessed by authorized Light Connection staff, with every access logged. It is only shared with a company in the context of a specific opportunity.
Will I get feedback even if I am not selected?
In active selection processes where you move into the assessment stages, yes: you receive feedback on your participation. A spontaneous talent pool registration is not an ongoing process, so contact happens when an opportunity matching your profile comes up.
How do I update or delete my data?
To update, simply fill in the talent pool form again with the same email: your existing profile is updated, not duplicated. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, use the privacy channel listed on the contact page.
Do I need to live in a specific city?
It depends on the role. Many opportunities are remote or hybrid, and in those cases location matters less than availability and working hours. On-site roles state the city in the posting.
